About the Business
Liz Court is a qualified Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist & Pilates teacher, she runs a busy clinic in St Mellion, near Saltash Cornwall. In massage, Bodyworks specialises in myofascial release and deep tissue work and uses the Hydrotherm system as an essential massage tool. Liz qualified as a Pilates Teacher with Body Control Pilates (BCP) based in London.
She runs 10 classes local to east Cornwall for both beginner and intermediate level clients and also offers 1:1 sessions at her studio. Liz is also a Supervising Teacher for BCP. She is continuing her professional development with regular workshops run by recognised professional bodies within the industry.
