What could be better than that feeling of sinking into a nice warm bath? I’ll tell you — sinking into a nice warm bath after a massage! This can help to allow your body to relax completely. We add some Epsom salts (magnesium sulphate) to the bath which will also help with easing any aches and pains. The magnesium in the Epsom salts will absorb through skin, while the warm water helps to open your blood vessels, therefore helping to increase circulation.
This option is available to be added on to the end of your treatment when booking online or in reception and is highly recommended due to its many benefits.
Thai Full Body Massage:
The combination of energetic and physical aspects is what makes Thai Massage unique and so effective. Traditional Thai massage is really a deep, full-body treatment, starting at the feet and progressing up to the head. Using a sequence of gentle, flowing exercise movements, the recipient's body is moved, loosened and stretched.
Hot Herbal Compress Massage:
This is a luxurious treatment where the compress will be massaged directly onto skin followed by a warm aromatic oil massage. You should note that this massage causes DEEP relaxation and we would not reccomend having this treatment on your lunch hour! Give yourself time for plenty of rest and hydration afterwards.
Aromatherapy Back Massage:
A gentle massage using aromatherapy oils to enhance the mood and relax your body. Let our experienced therapists help you select a blend of essential oils to suit your specific needs and leave you feeling completely relaxed at the end when you will see why this is one of our most popular treatments.
