Michelle is the founder of Optimum Balance. She is both a Sports Massage and an Amatsu practitioner, working in and around Luton in Bedfordshire, UK. She is a full member of the Sports Massage Association, and she trained and qualified with the Amatsu Therapy Association. Michelle's many years of experience and broad spectrum of knowledge enables her to deliver a very effective massage.
