There are also the more obvious benefits such as relaxation and rejuvenation. Only 100% pure essential oils are used. As well as their numerous therapeutic properties, they also add a touch of luxury to the whole experience. Treatments last between 30 minutes and 2 hours.
A full body massage normally takes two hours or 90 minutes and a back, neck and shoulder massage takes 30 minutes. However treatments can be tailored to your specific requirements. For instance, you may choose to have 1 hour back neck and shoulder massage. A consultation is carried out before each treatment to discuss any medical issues and your preferences as to the depth of the massage and the areas to be treated.
