He has been involved with sports for many years as an athlete, coach, therapist and he is a qualified swimming teacher, swimming coach and fitness instructor.
He is specialising in Kinesio Taping a very powerful therapeutic method used by many top athletes. He is also qualified in Swedish Body Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Accupresure Chair Massage. Lucas is a member of the FHT (Federation of the Holistic Therapists) the biggest Association in UK and he is fully insured.
He has worked with different local teams like Cookstown Hockey Club, Cookstown Rugby Club, Fr. Rocks Gealic Team and also with individual athletes form different sports backrounds, leisure athletes and non-sports people helping them to stay injury free, maintaining performance and providing rehabilitation.
