Matthew has been qualified since July 2012. In a small space of time Matthew's Sports Science & active background has allowed him to gain experienced with the Cardiff Blues Rugby Team and GB Women's Basketball team. Not only is Matthew a certified personal trainer. He is also professionally trained with Diploma qualifications & has extensive experience in all areas of massage. The massage room is quiet & relaxing with streamed music, air conditioning & a professional massage table for your comfort.
