My name is Liza and I am a trained massage therapist providing sports massage and deep tissue massage. I work from my home in Seaford, and can travel to clients throughout East Sussex.
This type of massage is a very effective way of releasing muscle tension and restoring balance to the muscular-skeletal system, by using systematic strong manipulation of the soft tissues in the body. It can also be extremely beneficial when received regularly to prevent injuries and to keep the body in a healthy physical state.
