About the Business
My name is Holly Derrick and I am a level 4 Sports Massage Therapist. I have been working in the sports industry for the last 7 years running my own private swim school and I also have a degree in Sports Conditioning and Coaching completed in 2009 from the University of the West of England. I'm a huge sports enthusiast my main sport being Eventing which I have competed at from a young age alongside triathlon/tetrathlon and cross-country running. I'm also a keen swimmer and have recently bought a road bike so will add cycling to that list too!
Over the last few years I've suffered for the first time with injuries which have left me unable to do the things I love, I understand how frustrating it is and during this time visiting physiotherapists and sports masseurs on my way to recovery I decided to train in Sports Massage Therapy. Everybody is different and my aim is to provide you with an effective sports massage, which will benefit you.
