My Holistic studies and practice, focus on treating the person holistically, which means as a whole unit. I use shamanic techniques, massage therapy and sound to heal and restore the four aspects of the self – mental. physical, emotional and spiritual – under the belief that all those aspects of the human being are nothing more and nothing less than energy and depending how it radiates and vibrate, we provoke changes around us.
