About the Business
Treatments consist of traditional Remedial and Sports Massage Therapy techniques coupled with, as appropriate, modern therapeutic modalities and exercises.
John has earned a high reputation within the local athletic and cycling club fraternity and works with athletes past and present representing at County and National level in the disciplines of road, x-country and fell running as well as in the disciplines of martial arts, judo, netball and lacrosse. He is currently working as Sports Therapist with Blackburn Rugby Union Club.
John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in the Physchology of Personal Development and in addition to his work with young people as a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor he is an instructor in outdoor activities focussing on mountaincraft, rock climbing and mountain biking. He also has long history of competitive running on road and fell.
