About the Business
HI, my name is Tammy and after 17 years in the dance world both as a performer and now as a secondary school dance teacher, I have a real passion, admiration and understanding for the body. I was born and grew up in South Africa and came to the UK in 2005 and have enjoyed teaching, learning and travelling. I am trained to the advanced level RAD in classical ballet and have performance experience in all styles including Spanish, Jazz, Latin American and contemporary.
Following my passion for the human body I continued learning by completing my training in massage and pathologies at Bodyology Massage School. I have extensive knowledge on injuries dance, sport and other and I pride myself on offering a supportive and creative aftercare exercises of a high quality. Being located within a gym I am able to make use of the equipment to demonstrate exercises as well as offer everyday activities to alleviate aches and pains.
