A deeply relaxing treatment that can be carried out on the feet or hands and preceded by gentle massage. Health advice: not recommended if you have had recent surgery, cancer within the last 5 years, a history of thrombosis or embolism, if you are pregnant or have athletes foot/fungal infections. Certain other medical conditions (such as diabetes) may require GP advice. Aroma-reflex: A foot reflexology treatment combined with an aromatherapy back, neck & shoulder massage. This treatment is good for re-balancing the whole body, detoxifying, relaxing and stress relief. Certain other medical conditions (such as diabetes for reflexology) may require GP advice.
