About the Business
I've always enjoyed exercise and raised three sons to enjoy it too. As a result I have experienced many injuries caused by BMX biking, football, surfing, karate, climbing and MMA!. I myself enjoy running and watching Cricket. I am delighted to work closely with GYM01 Fitness and Mixed Martial Arts Gym in Portsmouth, and sponsor Matt Hughes, a Professional Mixed Martial Artist.
I offer a warm, friendly, approachable service to my Clients whose ages range from 9 to 98! I work with professional Athletes; recreational sports people; members of the Emergency Services; Trade and Career professionals as well as regular dog walkers, gardeners and DIYers.
