About the Business
When my children showed an interest in athletics I joined the ranks of the many parents who undertake training to help with coaching. I am now a UK Athletics qualified Athletics Coach and a Running Fitness Leader. I help run the Junior section of Fleet and Crookham AC.
After a knee injury I became interested in Sports Massage. I trained in Winchester and am a VTCT qualified Sports Massage Therapist and VTCT qualified in Indian Head Massage. I have a practice in Fleet where I treat people who take part in many different sporting activities, and some who do no sport at all.
