About the Business
Hi, my name is Amanda Hughes. I am a fully qualified therapist through VTCT and hold a Level 4 Diploma in Sports Therapy Massage and a Level 3 Diploma in Complementary Therapies. I am a member of and fully insured through the Complementary Therapists Association (cThA). After many years of battling with work related stress and fatigue I made the decision that I had to put my health first, so I left my pressurised job, and retrained in the world of Complementary Therapies. Prior to undertaking the training I had been on the receiving end of many Complementary Therapy treatments over the years.
These helped me immensely to keep my symptoms under control and be ready for whatever life threw my way, so I am a firm believer in their benefits. This has enabled me to become a more knowledgeable practitioner and provide an additional service, which complements Osteopathic and Chiropractic therapies helping clients suffering from back, muscle and joint stiffness or dysfunction.
