Holistic Massage is an individually tailored massage that suits each client's needs. It is believed that massage therapy is more effective if the treatment is specifically designed to suit an individual person. There is no ‘one size fits all', I don't follow a set routine and therefore no two massages will ever be the same.
You may want a massage for a specific reason, such as for a health condition, illness or an injury, you may have some aches and pains that need soothing or you may just want some ‘me-time' to relax and pamper yourself. Whether your needs are physical, mental, emotional or spiritual we can create an individual massage to suit you.
The techniques used are loosely based on Swedish massage, using effluerage and petrissage strokes, but many other techniques may also be included if appropriate, such as.
