About the Business
My Glasgow Commonwealth Games experience last summer was a wonderful opportunity to meet and provide sports massage for elite commonwealth athletes and as they graciously said, play a part in their sporting success. It may all be over but the legacy lives on!
The next Weight Loss Challenge at the Aberdeen Wellness Hub will begin soon. Anyone is very welcome to register for this. Just get in touch to secure your place. Also please ask if you would like to set up a challenge at your work, club, gym, group etc.
