With over 13 years experience in the health industry, my Personal Training services can help you loose weight and tone up, offer sports specific tailored programs and keep you fit throughout your pregnancy and then regain shape and fitness after your baby arrives.
I also offer nutritional advice which will change your eating habits for life with no fad diets, just healthy eating and a trimmer you!
My Pilates classes and 1-2-1 Pilates sessions offer you the knowledge and skills to help with postural correction, back and joint problems, core strength, flexibility and mobility whilst also helping sportsmen and women excel in their chosen disciplines, by offering tailored Pilates programs. I can develop specific pre & post-natal programs to help with pregnancy and regain posture and core strength after your baby is born.
