The objectives of the Swedish, Therapeutic or Sports & Remedial massage treatment could be to improve range of movement, reduce pain, to help to restore appropriate balance to your body, reduce general anxiety or just to help you relax from day to day stresses and strains and to aid restful sleep.
You can have very gentle through to firm pressure, your massage is adapted to suit how you are on the day. Remedial and Sports Massage, this can be combined with Myofascial Release techniques and aims to ease out injury niggles then work with you to help you stay injury free or manage long term conditions.
